- Non-Customized Products:
All non-customized items, can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. - Customized Products:
Since our custom designs are made just for you, we can’t offer refunds on these. Thanks for understanding!
- Cancelling an Order:
Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel your order and get a full refund before we send you the design draft (which usually takes 1-3 business days). After the draft is on its way, cancellations aren’t possible. To cancel your order, just send us a quick message here and we’ll take care of it! - Changing the Selected Invitation Design:
Want to switch up your design choice? You can totally do that before we create the initial draft. Just drop us a message and let us know which one you’d like instead! - Revisions and Edits:
Once you send us your event details, you can expect to get your first draft within 1-3 business days. – We’re happy to make adjustments (like adding or removing text, changing fonts, or tweaking colors—color options are only available on some designs) at no extra charge. You’ll get three rounds of revisions free and included with your purchase.If you need big changes (beyond fonts, colors, and text), there may be a small extra fee. - Final Approval & Delivery:
Once you give your final approval we’ll send your digital invitation to your inbox within one business day! We’re all about making sure you’re thrilled with your order. If something goes wrong on our end (like a design error), let us know within 7 days, and we’ll fix it fast—free of charge.
And just a quick reminder: Remember to double-check all proofs before giving the final approval (because we can’t be held responsible for customer-approved mistakes like spelling errors or incorrect dates).
