Service Packages

We offer three distinct packages to suit a variety of needs and budgets. Each package includes personalized styling, a unique centerpiece, and high-end accessories that will wow your guests.

  1. The Classic Experience$125

    • Tablecloth & Table Runner
    • Simple yet elegant centerpiece (candles, flowers, or balloons)
    • Coordinated napkins, place settings, and menu cards
    • Themed accessories like small place cards or decorative items
  2. The Luxe Experience$250

    • Everything in the Classic Experience, plus:
    • Premium centerpiece (floral arrangements or customized props)
    • Upscale tableware (chargers, glassware)
    • Chair sashes or elegant chair covers
    • Personalized name tags or custom menu cards for each guest
  3. The Opulent Experience$500

    • Everything in the Luxe Experience, plus:
    • Full customized theme based on client preferences (ex. romantic, boho chic, modern luxury)
    • On-site styling assistance for final adjustments
    • Themed party favors or gifts for each guest
    • Break-down/cleanup service post-event

How It Works

Step 1: Initial Consultation

  • We’ll start with a simple consultation to understand the vision for your event. Whether you know exactly what you want or need some inspiration, we’ll walk you through the process and help select the perfect decor to match your celebration’s theme and restaurant setting.

Step 2: Personalized Design Proposal

  • After gathering your preferences, we’ll create a customized design proposal tailored to your restaurant event. We’ll suggest items like centerpieces, tablecloths, napkins, and other accessories. Once you approve the design, we’ll secure your booking.

Step 3: Setup & Styling

  • On the day of your event, we’ll arrive at the restaurant 1-2 hours before the event begins, ready to create your beautiful tablescape. We’ll carefully set up all decor elements and ensure everything is perfectly aligned.

Step 4: Enjoy Your Event

  • Once the table is ready, all you have to do is enjoy the moment. If you’ve chosen the Opulent Experience, we’ll stay to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Step 5: Cleanup

  • After your event, we’ll take care of the breakdown and cleanup (if requested) so you can focus on enjoying your celebration and your guests.

Policies & FAQ

Booking Policy:

  • All bookings must be made at least 5-7 days in advance.
  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before the event.

Cancellation Policy:

  • More than 72 hours before the event: Full refund.
  • Less than 72 hours before the event: 50% refund.
  • Same-day cancellation: No refund.

Service Areas & Travel Fees:

  • We currently serve restaurants in Gwinett County and surrounding areas.
  • Travel fees of $10-$50 may apply for locations more than 20 miles from our base.

What’s Included in the Packages?

  • All decor items listed in your selected package (centerpieces, tablecloths, napkins, etc.)
  • Setup and styling at the restaurant before your event starts
  • Personalization based on your event’s theme (custom menu cards, name cards, etc.)
  • Post-event breakdown (for the Opulent Experience).

Yes, we’re happy to work with any restaurant in your area! We’ll coordinate directly with your venue to ensure smooth setup and styling before your guests arrive.
